The Workshop on GKC is knowledge commons in practice: we are actively seeking out contributors, collaborators, partners, and alliances both among individual researchers (from PhD students through senior scholars, in any relevant field and in any country or region) and among institutions (schools, faculties, centers, research programs). The only requirement: curiosity about governance, institutions, and practices related to shared knowledge, information, or data. Law? Public policy? Technology and sociotechnical systems? Innovation, creation, or entrepreneurship? Groups and communities of any type, in any era – contemporary or historical? All of these themes, and more, may be represented in GKC-enabled research.
